The Department of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals at Staffordshire University is offering an exciting opportunity to employers to develop their workforce effectively using the apprenticeship levy.
We have designed a unique event to showcase the range of apprenticeship routes we are proud to offer within the Department of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals.
This open event is aimed at employers who are looking to develop their workforce through the apprenticeship route, focusing on career progression for current Healthcare assistants at band 2 and 3. It will show how the Assistant Practitioner role can work across professional groups to develop the multi-disciplinary team for the benefit of enhancing patient care and management. It also focuses on professional development for HCAS, which is a key focus area.
It will provide information regarding a range of apprenticeship routes (Acute Care, Integrated Care, Perioperative Practice, Mental Health) we offer alongside first hand experiences from students on the programme and Trust representatives who currently have apprentices on the programme.
Furthermore, there will be opportunity to tour our facilities, question the course leads alongside keynote speakers from the RCN, UHNM and the course leads.
