Terms and conditions

By completing this form, you are agreeing to abide by the Health and Safety Guidelines of Staffordshire University and adhere to the guidance of the member of staff leading the event/visit.

I confirm that all of information used to complete this form is up to date and correct. I accept that if I do fail to accurately and/or fully complete this form, then my place may be declined and I will be unable to claim the payments back.

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure I arrive at the designated meeting points at the agreed time, with all/if any equipment required (e.g. passport, visa, luggage etc…). If there is a problem with my travel, or I am delayed then I will need solve this without causing a delay to the rest of the group, who will continue their journey as planned. I am also aware that in the event of being delayed, I need to contact the visit/trip leader on the contact number provided at the earliest opportunity.

I understand that deposits and all instalments for the trip are non-refundable and that by paying the deposit I am committed to paying the full cost of the trip, even if I am no longer able to attend. The full payment must be made before the trip takes place and if I fail to do so, I am aware that the School may refuse my attendance.

I am aware that if I cancel I am subject to cancellation fees (determined by Travel Agency), as well as paying the outstanding amount remaining.

If you can find a replacement for your place in the unfortunate circumstances you are no longer able to attend, you may be eligible to apply for a refund, this is down to the discretion of the School.

If you have any concerns/worries about being able to make the payments, then please contact a member of staff on your trip and we can see what we can do to support/help.
